We Changed the World

Lots of units took part in the Changing the world project organised by GirlGuiding

12th Altrincham (St George’s) Brownies have completed their ‘WWF: One World’ Changing the World Badge, including adopting a Bottle-Nosed Dolphin from the charity for a year as part of their challenge.

7th Sale Moor St Anne’s Brownies took part in the Cancer Research Race for Life at Wythenshawe Park on Sunday 17th May as part of their work towards Changing the World. Leaders, Brownies, mothers, sisters and aunties all raced to raise money for the charity. A total of 29 women from the unit took part and had a fantastic fundraising experience despite the wet weather on the day!

The County Trefoil Guild presented more that 280 pairs of socks to the homeless charity 'Loaves and Fishes' on 20th July at their centre in Salford Just three amazing examples of the hard work that has been going on throughout the County in support of the Changing the World project!
